Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
Currently, we deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping across the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us at info@juliajoy.shop as soon as possible. We will try to update your details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and assist with a resolution.
Are there any hidden fees at checkout?
No. All prices are shown in GBP (British Pounds), and there are no hidden charges from Julia Joy at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes may not be possible once processing has started.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us at info@juliajoy.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
How long does it take to receive a response from support?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (GMT) and aims to respond within 24–48 hours (business days).
