Please do not send your parcel without contacting us first, as all returns require approval and a prepaid return label.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us First

Email info@juliajoy.shop before sending your item.

Please include:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, attach a clear photo to help us process your request faster.

Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

2. Prepare Your Item

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Pack your item securely to avoid damage during transit

3. Label Your Parcel

  • Print and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email

4. Send the Parcel

  • Drop off your parcel at the designated courier location shown on your label
  • Keep your tracking number or receipt until your return is confirmed

5. Inspection & Refund

  • Once received, your return will be inspected for eligibility
  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
