Receive Approval:
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
Prepare Your Parcel:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging
Send Your Return:
Ship your parcel using the provided label for tracked delivery
Inspection & Confirmation:
You will receive an email once your return has been received and inspected

Free return shipping is provided for all eligible returns
No restocking fees will be charged
Returns must be sent using the approved prepaid label to ensure tracking and proper processing

Once your return is received and approved:

If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email.

All refunds are processed in GBP (British Pounds)
If you paid in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees beyond our control
